I bought a IPhone 6S a year ago in Highpoint shopping centre. And I paid an additional charge for the Apple care but unfortunately I lost my receipt. Can I still bring my phone to Apple Store and fix it?

Hi Cheuhimho,

Great question! In some situations, the store will as for a receipt.

Best option that I can see is make sure you have Find my iPhone turned off, you are backed up and ready to go.

If they do ask for the receipt, tell them that you purchased the device from their store (if at highpoint) and they will be able to locate the receipt.

Apple will give you a hand here, after all, they want to create a happy customer.

be sure to book an appointment and I hope you get your phone fixed!

PS: The reason I say make sure it is ready is because if you have Find My iPhone turned on, they may ask for Proof Of Purchase (ie, receipt).

All apple will need is the device's serial number, which they can get off the device itself. When you buy AppleCare at an Apple Store at the same time as the device, the extended warranty is automatically enrolled with Apple.

Given how busy most Apple Stores are though, I would encourage you to make an appointment online before you go over to the store. People with appointments get precedent over walk-ins.
