airdrop history/tracing

Is there a way to view AirDrop transfer history, either from the sending or receiving side? Is there also a way to see within history on an iPad if someone changed the name of their iPad to airdrop something? Many thanks.

No. AirDrop history is not viewable.

Thanks, what about being able to see if someone changed their name on their iPad so that it looked like someone else was sending an airdrop?

No. Do not expect to find history of any transactions (except iTunes Store purchases and a telephone call log on iPhones) with iOS devices.
