Sorry you can't change that because apps are tied to the Apple id that was used to purchase it.

you'll either need to enter the password to your friend's apple id - not sure why you have a friend apple id tied to your phone in the first place.

Or the better option is to delete the app and reinstall it with your apple id.

Yes all apps that are associated with your ex's apple id, you'll need to delete the app(s) and then reinstall it with your apple id.
