how do I connect my iwatch to the ESPN app? I have the app most current version on my phone and am logged into the ESPN app. The watch still tells me to sign into the ESPN app on my phone (already done). Any solution or just some incompatibility.

This solved my issue as well, deleted from my phone and reinstalled and signed in. Watch hooked right up to it.

The following steps may help:

If you have not yet done so, update your iPhone and Apple Watch to the latest software, starting with your iPhone (be sure to make a backup first):

• Update the iOS software on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
• Update the software on your Apple Watch - Apple Support

Sign out of the ESPN app on your iPhone.

Reinstall the ESPN app on your Apple Watch:

• On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > scroll down and tap on the ESPN app > turn off Show App on Apple Watch > wait for the app to be removed > turn on Show App on Apple Watch.

Sign back in to the ESPN app on your iPhone.

If the issue persists, I suggest that you consult ESPN's support resources and/or contact ESPN for assistance with using their app:

I had this same problem and just fixed it today. All I did was delete the actual app off my phone (which deletes it from your watch) and then reinstalled it all and signed back in. Works like a champ now!

I just got it to work after having this issue (as well as with Uber). I tried deleting the app(s) and re-downloading, signing off/on, etc etc.

What ultimately looks like it has worked for me was unpairing my watch and re-pairing it to my phone. Note: I did not use the backed up option. I treated it as if I had just gotten it out of the box.

My guess is that after the iOS update to 3.## on the watch, maybe apps that were already on the watch got screwed up somehow. Either way, hope this helps.
