Appple watch pain

Okay....I have had my Apple Watch for nearly a year and I love it. The last couple of weeks, though, my left hand, lower arm, and upper arm. It feels like an arthritis pain--a dull pain deep in my muscles or bones. There is no reason for it, but I Googled Apple Watch and pain and I see I am not alone. I took it off today and two hours later the pain is gone. Obviously I am going to try the other wrist next to see if it happens again. It did take a year for the pain to start, so it may take awhile. I am worried damage is being done even if pain isn't occurring.

Has anyone else experienced this?

The first thing you should do with any type of new and unexplained pain is see your doctor. Neither Google nor anyone in this forum are qualified to diagnose your issue or even know, to any degree of certainty, that their experience has the same cause as yours.

Some people have speculated that the convex back of the watch can press on a nerve, causing pain. So, while you're waiting for your doctor's appointment, try loosening the band.

Best of luck.
