A blue line rectangle moves up and down the screen of my iPhone 6s Plus and surrounds text; apps on the screen; and sometimes the entire area of the display. Has anyone had the same problem? After a while it becomes annoying. The iPhone functions as normal.
This sounds like Switch Control, an Accessibility function. Go to Settings>General>Accessibility>Switch Control and see if it is turned on. If so, then turn it off.
