iPhone optimize photos. Not working?
I have turned on iCloud library and chosen optimize photos. All of the photos have uploaded to the Cloud but they are still taking up the EXACT same amount of space on my phone. What gives?

The process will occur when you need space on your device. It isn't an automatic conversion.
