Updated to 10.3 this morning and now my lightning headphones aren't working.

I bought lightning headphones three months ago and they have been working perfectly on my 6s up until this morning when I updated to iOS 10.3.

Now after a couple of minutes the music stops and the phone tells me that this accessory isn't supported.

If I reboot my phone I can listen for another couple of minutes until the same thing happens again.

These are the headphones in case it makes any difference.

The supplied Apple adapter is covered under Apple's Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

I suggest that you contact Apple Support (mail-in service may be available, if required), make a Genius Bar reservation or visit an Apple Authorised Service Provider for assistance:

Hi

Your headphones do not appear to be MFi-certified.

When using electronic accessories with your iPhone, Apple advises ensuring that they are either genuine Apple products or that they have been certified as Made for iPhone under the MFi program.

Certified items come with the "Made for iPhone" logo on them and/or on their packaging.
