dual link dvi-d to thunderbolt 3

I have an eizo coloredge cg303w monitor that runs only dual link dvi-d. I have a new Mac Book Pro on order that only has the new Thunderbolt 3 ports. I have yet to find an adapter that will allow me to run the monitor at native resolution, 2560 x 1600. Any ideas?

I have a 2004 vintage 30" apple cinema display with dual link DVI. It worked fine via Apple's dual link to mini display port adaptor (A1306) with my 2015 vintage 13" macbook pro. I bought a late 2016 macbook pro and a thunderbolt 3 to 2 (model A1790) adapter and when I connect the A1790 from my new macbook to my dual link adaptor the display does not show up in the OS. how do I make the dual link display work on my new macbook?
