iPhone 7plus jet black paint peeling off

This is really sad that my iPhone 7 plus jet black paint is peeling off. I thought only Matt black iPhone had issues but I was wrong. Please let me know if I can do anything about it.

Hi

As you are concerned about a potential manufacturing defect, contact Apple Support (mail-in service may be available, if required), make a Genius Bar reservation or visit an Apple Authorised Service Provider with a view to having your iPhone checked and, if recommended, serviced / replaced under warranty:

Same issues occured to me and this is already the 2nd time I'm facing paint peel for my Iphone 7 Jet Black.

1st time they are doing an exception replacement unit for me which I greatly appreciated.

Now the replaced unit is also facing the same issue and best thing is that it happens within 1 month after the replacement was done.

(Note: no physical damaged was done to my phone)

Contacted Apple again but they just turn down your request of an exchange since it is their quality assurance and defect. Utterly disappointed with Apple!!

Omg!! mee too. Just started to see the paint peel off on the bottom area of the phone speaker.

i didnt notice any peel off until today. i did remove it from the case last week but didnt notice any peel off.

Not sure if apple gonna replace it or not. 😢

Seems like it's a global issue on iphone jet black and matt black. i guess worse on matt black.

i didnt experience this when i was using iphone 5s before.

Will try to go nearest apple store to check for warranty.
