I am having trouble using turbotax online to do my tax return on my iPad. I had no problem last year. The first issue was transferring last year's info to my new return. I indicated the return to be transferred and then got the message "your information is being saved". The seasing then timed out and I could not proceed. This happened numerous times. I then opted to skip this step and start a new return. I was able to complete my personal information and save that, then some questions about my current residency. At this point, I was asked to save the information, and I could not. I was stuck and could not proceed further. I talked to Turbotax and the only suggestion was to change my browser. I did change from Safari to Chrome but got the same result. I tried using my iPhone and while I was able to transfer information from my previous return, I froze in the same spot while confirming the information. My iPad is an older one, model MC769C/A with a capacity of 12.8GB and 4.5 GB available. The software IOS9.3.5. My iPhone is a SE.
