There is no connected camera FIXED with 10.12.4

FINALLY! “There is no connected camera”, message in PhotoBooth, FaceTime, iMovie, QuickTime and any other App that uses the Built-In MacBook Pro Web-Cam is Fixed with MacOS 10.12.4 Update!

In the past I would have to Shutdown completely and then a cold start-up in order for my web-Cam to work. I had reset PRAM and SMC a thousand times with no improvement. Only Shutting down completely would allow me to use it over the past two years! Then after running a few apps it would go right back to failing again!

It's about time they fixed that bug or whatever was causing the problem!
