I am using Macbook Air, Keychain not found in safari Error displayed

Hi Everyone,

i am using Macbook Air, os sierra ,if i turn on my macbook keychain not found error message is displayed.Before i enter a password ,error message will be display in macbook and safari browser will automatically open.please help me to solve issue..please give a troubleshooting details.
