Transcoding stalling

Hi all,

I am attempting to transcode my DJI Phantom 4 pro footage in Compressor to ProRes422 and it is stalling at the end of the first file transcoding???

I have tried reducing the batch to just 1 file and it still stalls at the end - The time keeps running and the completion bar is full but it does not say "complete" and the timer keeps running.

Any ideas please???
