how do i enlarge thumbnail images in finder on macbook pro 2016

Purchased MacBook Pro 2016 last December and find that the thumbnail images in Finder are too small to see easily. Does anyone know how to enlarge what I see? Thanks

MacBook Pro with Retina display, iOS 10.3

Hello Billandjen,

Thanks for asking the Apple Support Communities about enlarging things in the Finder. I am happy to help with this!

1. Open Finder, and then you will see the word Finder up top on the Menu Bar, next to the Apple icon.

2. Click on the word View.

3. Click on the second to last option, "Show View Options".

4. Once there, you will see two slider bars, one for icon size, and the other for grid spacing. Adjust the top slider for icon size.

If you need to enlarge other areas, most Apple apps have options inside the Preferences. Click on the app like Safari, then click the word Safari up top on the Menu Bar next to the Apple. Click Preferences. In there, you can choose the Advanced tab, and the zoom settings.

If you prefer, you can also adjust the settings in System Preferences > Accessibility > Zoom. This article will provide you with shortcuts you can use on your keyboard to get certain Accessibility features enabled or disabled: Mac accessibility shortcuts .

Thanks and have a great day.
