(Error code -43) Can't Delete Anything

I have recently encountered a problem preventing me from deleting anything on my Mac, and haven't found any solution for that yet. Every time I try to delete a file or folder I receive the following message:

The operation can’t be completed because one or more required items can’t be found.

(Error code -43)

None of the files I'm trying to delete is locked. Can anyone help me with that.

PS. I have already tried first aid on using disk utility but that was useless it did not fix my problem. I run the latest version of Mac OS X and I have a MacBook Air (13-inch, Mid 2013)

MacBook Air, macOS Sierra (10.12.4)

Hi MrNabil,

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Community. I understand you are having trouble deleting files from your Mac, and I have some information that may help. Have a look at the article below for some helpful troubleshooting steps.

If the steps in that article do not help resolve the issue, it may be helpful to test the problem in both safe mode, and a new user account. These steps will help isolate the issue to either your user account or to a system-wide concern. The articles below will guide you through those tests.
