closed program shadow in the screen background

greetings,

I have major issue appear recently, that after closing the programs some from even several days the screen still showing shadow of the the closed windows above each others and it was clear after I change the background to black. See attach photo taken during writing this post and it is clear that the black screen have these annoying lines.
