AirPods while road cycling

Just wondering if anyone has feedback on using AirPods while bicycling around town. I listen to Podcasts - not music as I find music blocks out too much ambient noise, which I need in order to be aware of what's going on. Any feedback would be welcome, but I'm particularly wondering about 3 aspects:

1. How's the wind noise? I find with a lot of earbuds I can't hear the podcast once I get up to around 15mph
2. How's the mic while you're riding? How is Siri able to hear you? Have you tried talking on the phone?
3. How well do they stay in? I've tried them in-store and was amazed at how secure they felt, but maybe being on a bike is different for some reason?
