iPhone 6s oleophobic coating screen

I have made a minor fingernail scratch on the bottom left hand corner of my iPhone 6s while I was changing the screen protector on my iPhone. The screen protector was hard to remove and that was the reason for the scratch. I have read certain sites that there is a solution to fix it. However, I spoke to an Apple Technician online that they do not cover cosmetic damages; and they want me to schedule an appointment to have an Apple Genius Bar technician to take a look at it. Since it is a minor fingernail scratch, it is not necessary for me to go to an Apple Store to pay for replacing the entire screen for a small fingernail scratch on the bottom left hand corner of the screen. It is not a deep scratch and I want to cover the fingernail scratch so that it does not show when I put it directly on any light source. Since the iPhone 6s has an oleophobic coating screen, I do not want to use strong chemicals on the iPhone screen to cover up the scratches. Strong chemicals will damage the screen completely or makes it worse. Any suggestions in covering up the scratch on the oleophobic coating screen?

I looked online if there is not any solution to cover up the minor scratch on the corner left hand edge of the screen. Unfortunately, they do sell the product that covers up the minor scratch of the oleophobic coating glass of the iPhone and they do not sell it in the United States. I watched YouTube video clips of how they changed the screen of the iPhone. I felt it is very dangerous to do that especially their process will damage the LCD screen and the front of the phone itself. I know these people do not want to pay $129+ have a Genius Bar or an Apple Store technician to change the oleophobic coating glass part of the iPhone screen, but ripping the glass and the oleophobic coating of the iPhone is more dangerous and complicated to do this on our own.

Since Apple Technician told me that they do not cover cosmetic wear only accidental damage. So therefore, I tried Vaseline to cover up the minor scratch since it is not a deep scratch on the screen. Vaseline covered it up very well, but it does not stay on there very long. I never experimented Vaseline on an iPhone with a fingernail scratch that is very deep. I do not want to try other solutions that could damage the oleophobic coating and the glass itself. Since my phone is refurbished and it looked like someone previously used the iPhone and sold it to someone on eBay with minor paint scratch, I do not want to risk in going to the Apple Store to have it checked if they will fix the minor scratch on the corner left hand edge of the screen. It is just for a minor fingernail scratch so it is not necessary for me to go over there make an appointment to have it checked or spend $129.00 just for a minor fingernail to get it replaced. If my iPhone has an accidental damage and the oleophobic glass shatters, I would pay $129.00 to get it replaced.
