Loopback snap to record delay

Hello,

Bit of a predicament that struggling to get my head around:

When I have Loopback set to snap to Bar, Beat or Loop there is a delay from point of triggering record to start of loop recording

The concert beat count is set to 1.1 so I am confused as to what the Loopback is waiting to sync up with?
