That is how that screen should look if you are not subscribed. If you are still being billed for Apple Music, contact Apple Support: Contact - Official Apple Support

Thanks for your help, I have looked at that link and what I mean is the "subscriptions" options isn't coming up at all anywhere for me on laptop or phone and I wonder why? Or how I can end my subscription anyway
On your iPhone, do the following:
1. Open the app named "Music"
2. Tap "For You" at the bottom
3. Tap the 
icon near the top right
Then reply here with a description of the screen that appears.
On top there's an option to change my name
1. Choose artists for you
2. Find more Artists and Curators
3. Redeem
4. View Apple ID
(I've checked if 'unsubscribe' was in Apple ID too and it isn't)
