i cant buy anything on itunes!

Why can't I buy anything on iTunes? I recently just got a $50 iTunes card and I redeemed it then after buying 2 songs, I couldn't by anything... no inapp purchases, no apps, and no music. Whenever I would try, it would say "Your purchase could not be completed" then it says go to www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww for assistance but then I look through everything and could not find any solution. I restarted my iPhone, updated my iTunes on my PC and still nothing. Some please help!

The message says to contact iTunes Support via that link (these are user-to-user forums, not iTunes Support, we can't help you) :

- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

- click on your country's flag (the country where you are, and which is therefore the country on your account)

- click on Contact Support towards the top right

- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'
