I have two black spots on my camera lens of my iPhone 7 plus. Does anyone have the same issue?? Is it because of the update to 10.3?

Actually I have the same problem in my iphon 6
1 year ago. The back of lense was dusty and I decided to clean it. By the cleaning it was solved.
Today i find this kind of problem and i clean it again but it doesn't remove. I think that i should change the lense of iPhone
An iOS update only changes the software. It cannot physically add black spots on your camera lens.
So what do you suggest I should do now??
If you can post some photos here of what you are seeing it may be helpful but most likely your best option is to make an appointment at an Apple Store and have it examined.
That looks like dust particles inside the device. Try shaking the device. Take another picture. See if the black spots move to different location. If you're lucky, they'll disappear.
