can't cancel or downgrade icloud

hello all

I recently changed my password and since I did not use it for a long time to purchase an app I forgot it.

Yesterday I tried to recover password several times, then the account was locked and the recovery key message appeared 😕 which i have also forget long time ago ... but remember the old password .

i still have access to my iphone (luckily) touch id and phone password .

i know now that my apple id is lost forever so i have to cancel my icloud storage (50gig) and my applemusic and to open new apple id.

i can't even remove my credit card from the account (the iphone stop responding 😠 )

i have try to downgrade to the 5gig free but the iphone was not responding again .

it is ok to tell my credit card company to stop the charge from apple (and maybe apple stop to charge my credit and close my icloud storage and my applemusic without any problem?( don't want the sue me over this not paying them for services)
