So this is what fixed it for me (from another post in 2009) and it WORKS! 😀
I found the solution on another post from 2009.
Close iTunes. Then:
1. Download and install WinRAR (or 7-Zip)
2. Right-click the iTunesSetup.exe icon and choose "Open with WinRAR" (or 7-Zip).
3. Once the EXE is opened in WinRAR, double-click AppleApplicationSupport64.msi and when the installer window is open choose "Repair". (In my case, it didn't even ask to repair, it just installed it.
4. Done! You can now run iTunes normally.
