count words in powerpoint

Hello Guys!

When I was a PC user I had a software into which I dragged a PowerPoint presentation and it would provide me a word count in the slides used.

Is there anything similar for mac?

I need to count those words!

I would also need something similar for Excel.

Office Properties/Statistics does not produce a correct count.
