Screw won't go flush 2013 MBP 13"

I recently pulled the back off of my 2013 MacBook Pro to clean the internals and everything went fine but after remounting the back, I can't seem to get one of the 14mm screws to go flush. It's the one closest to the 3mm screw on the back edge. I have the screw order correct (short, long, long, long, short, short, short, short, short, short) and I've been able to get it to thread all the way without the back. I've also backed out the other screws, made sure they're all aligned (turning left until the click) and tried to no avail.

Is this a 2013 MBP or a 2012 MBP? The 13" 2013 MBP seems to just have 2.3 mm and 3 mm screws according to ifixit. The 2012 model does have 14.4 mm screws, and 3.5 mm screws and shouldered 3.5 mm screws:

Best thing is to loosen all the screws again and drive the problematical screw in snug, but don't really tighten it. Then snug all the others and then go around and tighten them all. It sounds like it may be binding and you may just need to fiddle with it a little more.

Good luck!
