The time travel feature no longer working with the modular watch face, works fine with solar watch face. The option is enabled in the clock settings sub-menu.
Is there a way to fix this?

Upon returning for NZ my watch (first series - software updated) connected to 6s will not reset. I have rebooted phone and watch. I have toggled the privacy Location Services on phone off/on. I have deleted all off shore times from world clock. Now only have EDT and PDT on world clock. Watch remains on NZ DLT. How do I fix this?
Not sure what's wrong, I think we have different issues. I am talking about the time travel feature, not about physically traveling across time zones.

This happened to me as well. It seems with the update Apple actually changed the default setting to have Time Travel disabled, and thus disabled when you upgrade.
Try checking in the watch app, under Clock. Make sure Time Travel is enabled.
