While charging the ipod shuffle... Do I have the Shuffle turned On.. or.. Off ?

You can use both way. No problem. (Follow the below to know its Charged full)
- Connect the shuffle to computer via USB cable
- Initially Yellow light blinks (that means shuffle is ready for file transferring and Charging at same time)
- *Safely remove you shuffle first (1. If you are looking for only charging) ;
there are two ways (1. safely remove your shuffle from task bar ; 2. My Computer > right click on ipod eject ) - ( Make sure the yellow light is stay now (NOT blinking or NOT turned off).
Its done your shuffle is under charging ; Yellow light turn to Green after an hour (Charging completed).
