iPhone 7 buggy and stuttering when scrolling

My iPhone 7 is buggy and stutters when scrolling in certain apps, I have seen forums where more users have faced this issue, please let me know if there is a fix to this. (this is my second iPhone 7 as my last one stopped working and Apple replaced it with a new one and I faced the same issue on both devices)
