When and how will UNiDAYS contact me back? How long does it take
Had a membership with the student plan, forgot to update my billing information so they shut me off, normal and expected, i go to update my billing information and tried to re join the student membership and its saying im not eligible, i got in contact with apple support and they had to redirect to UNiDAYS support because it's on there end and not mine, i typed in my question and submitted my question and wondering how are they going to contact me back and how long with this take.
