Two days ago, my iPhone 6s got stolen

Two days ago, my iPhone 6s got stolen. I tried to locate the phone using iCloud but I don't see the phone registered on the ''ALL DEVICES" tab anymore. I kinda just gave up on trying to find it but then I didn't notice a message was sent to me on Facebook by an account named "AppleCare Edward" sending me a report about my lost iPhone even when I wasn't able to report it on the Lost iPhone App. The message contained my details like the Serial #, IMEI and that I can view the location at http://findmyiphone-icloud.pe.hu/apple and that i have 24 hours to see the location using the link. I'm worried that this is a scam and that the link is a phishing scheme.
