You can DO multiple audio chat using FaceTime, but can't VIDEO conference with more than one person.
Difference.
I, for example, WOULD and DO video conference with 4 or 5 of my friends or family on Skype.
You can conference call up to 25 people on Skype!
I wish FaceTime could have a video conferencing feature, as well.
On Mac OS X, for example, you used to be able to video chat with up to 4 people using iChat.

Really? Then perhaps instead of just posting a negative response, you’d care to actually explain to the OP how to video conference with FaceTime?
You cannot. FaceTime currently does not support any kind of multiple or conference calling.
Not yet but there are multiple apps available such as:
house party
skype
