Panic cpu 0 caller kernel trap After update to Sierra 10.12.4

I have an 27" Late 2012 iMac, I just update to the last version of Sierra (10.12.4). Yesterday and Today I get two kernels panics when I turn on the computer. Just press the power button and boom text appears on the screen. Is so quickly that I think have to be something related to firmware or drivers, the load bar doesn't start to load.

Fortunately, If I trun on the iMac again, the iMac load all the the system fine and I can work without trouble... by the moment.

I was able to take a shot of the panic, I attach you.
