arrange podcasts in chronological order

I have downloaded 3 episodes in a podcast. They have a part 1,2 and 3. I made a playlist with them in chronological order. But when I synch to the iPod, the list always comes out newest on top. What can I do. I would rather not hear episode 3 then 2 then 1. Thank you.
