iforget password

i forgot my iclould password but when i follow the steps of resting it apple inforce me to use phone number which is no longer available. My question is how could i get the password through my email?

iPhone 6, iOS 10.1.1

On your device, go to Settings → iCloud → Keychain and switch Keychain off then on again.

Tap "Approve with Security Code", tap "Forgot Code" and then tap "Reset".

Follow the instructions to reset iCloud keychain and create a new passcode.

You will then be prompted to update to your new number.

I can't change the password because the steps required a phone number and the phone number that is linked with icloud account is not available , BUT i have the email and i can access it

How can i restore the pass using my email. Ot the phone number ?
