Not sure how it happened — something with iCloud I think. My card in Contacts is missing. All other contacts are in place. I'm going back to my Time Machine backup and want to find the file to restore. What file should I look for?

You can also check out the restore feature for iCloud. Log in to iCloud.com and click "Settings" from launchpad. There should be a restore option in the bottom left area of the screen. Also, your current iCloud contacts will be archived in case you need to go back to that version!
Open Contacts and have it as the front application. Enter Time Machine. You can now use TM to navigate back to a time when you had the contact and then click the Restore button.
