Warning: Do not shut down computer, etc.
Is it bogus? Is this page supported by Apple? How do I fix it?

Force quit Safari, then restart Safari while holding the shift key.

I called the number and they remote accessed my computer. I started feeling weird about it so I demanded they quit remote access and I ended the call. What should I do now?
