I never said it was mine did i ? I just said i found it and if it was possible to change the serial number.
It sounds like that iPhone is not yours at all and belongs to someone else.
As suggested, you should turn that into the police in hopes that they will find the rightful owner.
So why do you think you should be able to change the serial number on someone else iPhone.
That doesn't even make any sense at all.
And if you accept that it isn't yours then you have no business attempting to change the serial number or getting it connected to a new phone line.

so i found an iphone 7 plus , and someone told me that the only way i can connect it to a phone line is to change the serial number. HOW DO I DO THAT?
