i buy two phones from olx Iphone 6 and 6s because the price of phone is very cheap and i dont want to missed that opportunity but unfortunately when the post-man or someone delivered that phone to my home am not present there that moment. next think you guys know both are Icloud looked phone.

If you are sold a locked phone Apple will not assist you unlocking the the device, EVER.
The phone will be useless, a brick, it will be not anything you can ever use.
There is no "workaround" or "reset" to remove the lock. It is permanent.
You need to return the phone, it will and can never be unlocked by anyone but the original owner and if the owner bought it used then even he can not remove the lock if he forgot it..
If the deal is too good to be true, it's proably too good to be true and it's a scam.
eBay is not an authorized Apple retailer, the warranty on a new phone from eBay and Amazon being when the seller buys the phone from Apple, not when you buy from them, even if it's wrapped in the box, it does not matter and if you are sold a NEW phone from eBay or Amazon and it's locked Apple will not assist you unlocking this device under ANY circumstance.

I would always suggest on buying any Apple Product from Apple's Online Website, a Apple Store, a Authorized Reseller, or someone trustworthy such as a family member.
Sorry we won't know if it has activation lock. To see if the iPhone has the lock you would have to have it in your hands. If it does have the lock you should ask for a refund.
If you bought the phone from ebay there is a buyer protection plan that MAY allow you to get your money back. But you must act quickly because there is a time limit and once that expires, ebay will not help you any further. I don't know about the other services you mentioned.
In the future you should follow the procedure in the "How do I check for Activation Lock before I buy a used device?" section of:

Essentially, you need to know the IMEI and/or serial number of the device you intend to buy. Then check that info at:
if the device doesn't show up there, then it is not activation locked. AND make sure the device you receive is the same device (IMEI & serial no) and the seller does not switch it on you.
