When I listening to my AirPods it sounds like my right AirPod is slightly louder than the left. I even replaced the left one on an Apple Store, but still having the same issue. Unpair/Pair was another try.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

It may help to check your settings:
Go to: Settings > General > Accessibility > under "Hearing", check and, if required, adjust the audio volume balance slider between the left and right channels.
It’s not a setting, there’s earwax in the quieter AirPod. You have to suck on it to get it out, it sounds gross but it’s not, trust me. It worked really well for me. Good luck
That totally worked! Makes sense too. Kind of gross. But it worked.🙂
Blu-Tak (other malleable adhesive wall fixings are available) - squidge some into the main speaker port on each AirPod. It will safely remove all wax deposits from the metal mesh covering the speakers.

Had the same and the 'sucking' solution works :-)
This worked for me! it was at the middle but I dragged it to the right all the way then to the left all the way and back to the middle and it works. I already removed the wax build up too but this was the key.
Sucking on the AirPod that was not as loud worked really well, like one user said, once you get air flowing through it; it’ll work just as new
Suck the outlet to dislodge the ear wax then clean the mesh with a toothpick.
Trying not to vomit, but this worked!
