When I listening to my AirPods it sounds like my right AirPod is slightly louder than the left. I even replaced the left one on an Apple Store, but still having the same issue. Unpair/Pair was another try.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

It may help to check your settings:
Go to: Settings > General > Accessibility > under "Hearing", check and, if required, adjust the audio volume balance slider between the left and right channels.

Yep the sucking method worked for me too. It was my right air pod 3, so first, I checked the settings to make sure I did not accidentally have one side set for higher volume, next, I cleaned the outside with alcohol and an cotton bud several times...none of that worked. So, after that I tried the sucking air through the largest opening method and can you believe it......it WORKED my air pods are like new again ! Thank you forum !
My problem was a bit different. My AirPods became unbalanced and the sucking wasn’t the solution this time. What you have to do in this situation is connect your AirPods to a mac/MacBook and reset your AirPods in the settings. This should rebalance them and allow you to listen normally again

This really worked for me too. I can't tell you how much I appreciate this tip. The cost of new AirPods right now would have sent me back to EarPods.
Basically sucking and blowing until there’s airflow inside fixes the issues!!!

Can confirm, the sucking the airpod worked wonders for me.
it's weird but, this problem comes from earwax. i used the small paint brush to prod in to the 3 diaphragms, and it getting louder and louder. this is my final solution and finally it works :D
