I upgraded my iPod 5th generation to 9.3.5 the other day and now find that "define" (a word) when reading in iBooks yields no results. Is there a method to attach a dictionary to iBooks? Thanks for your responses.

Try Settings > General > Dictionary.

If you cannot see it, drag down on the left hand side to bring up the search box.

I wasn't aware this feature didn't exist in iOS 9.
