A "printer" queue typically contains a list of printer output "print" jobs that are held in a reserved memory area. It also maintains the most current status of all active & pending print jobs.

On a Mac, this queue "appears" when sending a print job to a printer ... and it will show up on the Dock until the job has finished printing.

The User Guide for this printer tells you how to set up this printer on a network. (Ref: Chapter 9 Connectivity, starting on page 83.)
