I have Iphone 6 and my battery drains very fast. It chargws very fast and drains too fast when not in use.It drains 50% of battery in an hour approximately.How to solve this problem ?Can i please get some suggestions.

Not true. The quantity of users with battery problems is minuscule compared to the quantity of users with IOS-11. You can either keep blaming the IOS or you can investigate what's impacting YOUR iPhone.

Yeah, something extremely funky going on here. I don't use my phone much and often went days at a time without having to re-charge my phone. I updated to 11 and I'm suddenly having to recharge at least once a day and frequently a second time to be sure it's charged for the next day. This is ridiculous.

I accept that Apple apologists exist and will probably say something terribly unhelpful in response but I don't feel the need to respond to them. So there's that. This is a problem and I'd like Apple to fix it, full stop.

I don't blame you. What were you told when you took your iPhone into an Apple Store to allow them to fix it?

Batteries have a finite life. There is no warranty on battery life, other than the warranty on the phone itself. You can test the battery with the app Battery Life. Better yet, contact Apple Support using the link at the top of every page, and Apple can test it remotely. If the battery tests at less than 80% capacity Apple can replace it for $79.

I had a new batterie installed in my iPhone 6 a few weeks ago in the AppleStore in Nice for 89,00 €, I no longer have carry it around connected to outside power source as before...but I do have keep recharging it upto 4 times a day. Not only that it continues to suddenly shut down...so this is still causing a problème.

The luminosité slide is dragged fully to the left, which is the minimum amount of luminosité you can have. So that is definitely not the problème, there is something else that causes it. Whether it’s to do with the continual updates, every time that Apple has one it causes another issue. My 6s is draining too fast since updating to iOS 11 and my iPad Air 2 also draining too fast too. What’s the issue !

I have had the same problem since the 4. Got two replacements for that one. 5 a little better maybe

This doesn't change a thing Gus....This is Clearly an issue that needs addressing by Apple Support or a new update is required!!

I had the exact same problem with my 5c and it turns out I just needed a new battery which cost $60. I'm pretty sure this will solve your problem!!

If it's a failing battery, why was it working just fine before the iOS 11 update, but not afterward? It seems to be too much of a conincidence to not implicate the iOS 11 release.

So the pattern that seems to be emerging is that immediately following update(s) since 10.3, select phones are immediately having battery problems. Hope Apple figures this one out.
