This is not helpful at all, the answer is IOS11 is killing the battery. 11.0.2 is even worse for battery drain, since the release of this new IOS my phone is constantly on change. Why wont apple re-instate 10.3 so customers can downgrade back to a stable IOS whilst apple get their act together.

Not true. The quantity of users with battery problems is minuscule compared to the quantity of users with IOS-11. You can either keep blaming the IOS or you can investigate what's impacting YOUR iPhone.

Yeah, something extremely funky going on here. I don't use my phone much and often went days at a time without having to re-charge my phone. I updated to 11 and I'm suddenly having to recharge at least once a day and frequently a second time to be sure it's charged for the next day. This is ridiculous.

I accept that Apple apologists exist and will probably say something terribly unhelpful in response but I don't feel the need to respond to them. So there's that. This is a problem and I'd like Apple to fix it, full stop.

Batteries have a finite life. There is no warranty on battery life, other than the warranty on the phone itself. You can test the battery with the app Battery Life. Better yet, contact Apple Support using the link at the top of every page, and Apple can test it remotely. If the battery tests at less than 80% capacity Apple can replace it for $79.

The luminosité slide is dragged fully to the left, which is the minimum amount of luminosité you can have. So that is definitely not the problème, there is something else that causes it. Whether it’s to do with the continual updates, every time that Apple has one it causes another issue. So the cycle progresses to make earlier phones unusable, so people purchase the newer models to keep filling the coffers of Apple’s excessive surpless
