I received an IOS update for my iPhone but not my iPad
I Received notice on my IPhone for the iOS 10.3.1 but not on my iPad which is showing iOS up to date iOS 9.3.5
iPad Mini Wi-Fi, iOS 9.3.5
The iPad Mini (1st generation) will not update beyond iOS 9.3.5
I'm in the same situation with my 3rd generation iPad.
