melodyne??
Is melodyne no longer offered in logic pro 10.3.1?
I've gone to Plug-ins >Audio Units> But, Celemony is not here. Only Apple plug ins.
Any one know why?

Melodyne has never been included with Logic, so unless you have a legitimate license for it, you'd need to purchase one. (If you already have a Melodyne license, check if it's showing in the Plug-in Manager - you may need to download the latest version from Ceremony (4.1.0) for it to be validated by Logic.
As I'm sure you're aware, Logic has it's own take on Melodyne ; "Flex Pitch", so the chances of Melodyne being integrated into Logic (ala Studio One) are slim - unless Apple were to buy Celemony out!
