How do I restore my iPad using an Acer Laptop

My iPad 4 has been disabled and I don't own a MacBook. Is there a way to restore it using an Acer laptop? And if so, how?

You just need a computer with iTunes on it, you don't need a MacBook

Disabled device : If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

If you don't have iTunes installed on the laptop : http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/

Hi Khensy. Also note that you need iTunes 12.5 to support iOS 10, 12.6 for iOS 10.3. Depending on your Windows version, these iTunes versions may not be available.
