iDVD finds NO themes since upgrade to El Capitan

prior to the upgrade to El Capitan my iDVD (7.1.2) worked just fine. But now when I try to start a new project it says it can find no themes and won't let me do anything.

Package contents does not have a Themes folder, where should the Themes folder be located? Where can I get one?

MacBook, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6), (late 2008)

The upgrade might have removed the iDVD folder containing the themes from the HD/Library/Application Support folder.

Go into Time Machine, go to the HD/Library/Application Support folder, select the iDVD folder and restore it to the same location on your hard drive.

Launch iDVD and if it doesn't find the themes see if you an get into it's preferences and set the path to the themes as shown in this screenshot:

If necessary, reboot, relaunch iDVD and try again.

Copy the iDVD folder to this location, reboot and try again:

HD/User/Home/LIbrary/Application Support/

NOTE: In Lion, Mountain Lion, Mavericks, Yosemite, El Capitan and Sierra the Home/Library folder is now invisible. To make it permanently visible enter the following in the Terminal application window: chflags nohidden ~/Library and press the Return key - 10.7: Un-hide the User Library folder.

Or for Mavericks, Yosemite, El Capitan and Sierra go to your Home folder and use the View ➙ Show View Options menu to bring up this window:
