How to block email on iCloud

I have iPhone 7 with10.3.1 OS. I'm using iCloud email as my default . I would like to know how to block the spam & the specific e mail domain & address. Thx U

Try going to iCloud.com/Mail on a computer. Click the gear at the bottom left and select Rules. In Rules , click Add a Rule and set it up to block the addresses by deleting the e-mail(s).

Did you try going to iCloud.com/Mail or whatever service you are using and create the appropriate rules?
